This was Awesome! I learnt so much from this and it \r\n has given me a much clearer outline of
\r\n why my blood sugars were reacting the \r\n way they were after exercise. The Mapping of my insulin plan and looking at the \r\n times
\r\n that I exercise really helped me to see that I was running out of Basal \r\n insulin when I did my nightly 6.00pm or 6.30pm sessions...
\r\n
\r\n
The examples you gave through your own personal trial and error with exercise \r\n were really helpful. I cannot believe how many
\r\n factors we have to consider in \r\n order to get our insulin adjustment and exercise correct, but you seem to have \r\n an easy way of
\r\n explaining things which makes it less daunting. This module \r\n gives the viewer a much clearer direction of how the factors of timing
\r\n of \r\n exercise, food intake and insulin can affect the blood glucose levels during and \r\n after exercise and by mapping our individual
\r\n daily insulin plan it simplifies the \r\n process which would otherwise be hugely confusing - Well done!!
\r\n
\r\n
I cannot thank \r\n you enough for this website. There are soooo many type 1 diabetics out there that will benefit from this. Love the
\r\n "Ask Allan" Concept. Awesome idea! You are going to be very busy when the site is up and running!
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n
","stEffect(\"rect\")","",100,0,-385,-85,"middle","center",20,100],["TpF","TpFC","TpFD","TpBgC","TpBgI","TpBgR"],"i0","i0");
